Still red, 13% ABV, produced by Domaine Stephane Magnien in Burgundy. 100% Pinot Noir. 0.75 L bottle, 2022 vintage. A wine born from the passion of a family of winemakers for four generations, who cultivate the vines using traditional methods. Manual harvest. The grapes are macerated for 5-7 days, then fermented with indigenous yeasts at a controlled temperature (maximum 33°C). Cap punching and pumping over. Aged for 12 months in barriques (15% new). The wine is bottled without filtration. Fresh aromas of red fruits on the nose. Ruby red color. On the palate, the wine is aromatic, soft, and accompanied by notes of red fruits such as strawberries and currants.
