The Story

A still red wine from Burgundy, 13% ABV, produced by Patrick Miolane. 100% Pinot Noir, 0.75L bottle, 2020 vintage. A Saint-Aubin 1er Cru Les Perrières that embodies the excellence of Burgundy, a wine that promises an unforgettable sensory experience. The Miolane estate consists of nine hectares of vineyards in Saint-Aubin, a village in the prestigious Côte des Blancs area. The grapes are harvested by hand in wooden crates. They are sorted on a vibrating table and then on a conveyor belt. Fermentation is initiated slowly, using indigenous yeasts, and continues for 15-20 days. Aged in barrels for a long period of 3 years. The nose is characterized by a complex mix of red fruit aromas. Intense and deep red. On the palate, it is elegant, subtle, and ethereal, with a lingering mineral finish.
