The soil is clay-loam. Manual harvesting and selection. Complete destemming, fermentation in open vats with indigenous yeasts. The bouquet is intense, with aromas of red fruit and notes of morello cherry. Purple color with bright reflections. On the palate, it is broad, structured, slightly spicy, elegant, fresh, with good length.
