Brut classic method sparkling wine, produced in Alsace by Dopff au Moulin. 12.5% ABV, 100% Pinot Noir, 2020 vintage. A Crémant d'Alsace that celebrates the French sparkling wine tradition, with a particular focus on the purity of Pinot Noir. Situated at an altitude of 300 meters, the town is nestled beneath the foothills of the Vosges mountains, sheltered from northerly winds and westerly rains. The exceptional soil quality, southern exposure, and characteristic microclimate of the highlands of Riquewihr are responsible for a wide range of grapes and the blossoming of almond trees among the vineyards. Fruity aromas on the nose. Straw yellow in color. On the palate, the wine is persistent and delicate.
