A Riesling that embodies the tradition of the Loosen family, who have been cultivating Riesling for over 200 years. Fermented with indigenous yeast in a 3,000-liter neutral oak vat. Matured on the lees for 12 months. No bâtonnage. The bouquet of melon and mandarin blends with notes of dried ginger. Straw yellow with greenish highlights. Rich and juicy with an enveloping texture.
