Aged for 96 months on the lees. Complex aromas of flowers, yellow and white fruit (peach and pear) and sweet spices (vanilla), with hints of honey and green tea. Intense and brilliant golden yellow. On the palate, it develops without hesitation, displaying full body and great freshness. A grand chalky finish with a light black peppery tang. Harmony and great energy.
