Organic rosé sparkling wine made using the classic method, extra brut, from Champagne, 13% ABV, produced by Emilien Feneuil. 100% Pinot Noir. 1.5L magnum, 2019 vintage. A rosé de macération that expresses the elegance and sophistication of Champagne, with a fine perlage and vibrant acidity.
