Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks. No sulfur is added until bottling. Aged in barrels of 1 to 3 wines on its fine lees for 18 months. Bottled without filtration or fining. The structure of this wine allows it to evolve towards intense garrigue aromas, a wine that tells the story of a unique terroir.
