Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks protected from oxygen. Aged on fine lees. Bright straw yellow with golden highlights. Aromas of peach, elderflower, lemongrass, and yellow rose. On the palate, it is savory and aromatic, yet also rich in texture and good alcohol content. Balanced and very captivating.
