Temperature-controlled fermentation in large acacia wood barrels, aged for 10 months in large acacia barrels, then for an additional 12 months in bottle. Aromas of white-fleshed fruit, flowers, citrus, and salty notes. On the palate, it is balanced and rich, seasoned with intriguing minerality. A wine with great personality and a very expressive character.
