The Story
Still white IGT Terre Siciliane, produced by Federico Graziani, 12.5% ABV. Blend: Carricante, Chenin Blanc, Grecanico Dorato, Riesling, Gewürztraminer Aromatico. 1.50L magnum, 2022 vintage. A wine born on the slopes of Etna, between 600 and 1,200 meters above sea level, in a unique ecosystem. Fermentation in stainless steel. Malolactic fermentation was not performed. Aged for 6 months on the fine lees. Intense and subtly aromatic aromas of fresh tropical fruit, white musk, lemon granita, lava stone, and salt. Bright white with greenish hues. On the palate, it is aromatic, extremely fresh and upright, savory and very persistent. It recalls the freshness of snow and the salinity of the Mediterranean.
