Aged for approximately five years on selected yeasts from Ferrari's own cultures. The nose is characterized by an extremely clean aroma, offering notes of grapefruit, ginger root, and fresh pineapple, which later give way to hints of aromatic herbs and cumin. A refined perlage. The entry into the mouth is dry, savory, and dynamic, characterized by a pleasant initial enveloping sensation that slowly fades into a long, savory aromatic finish, offering a precise, deep, and elegant sip.
