A rosé born between Mount Erice and the Egadi Islands, in an area where viticulture is a true art. Cold maceration on the skins for 3-4 hours; soft pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation. Aged for 1 month in bottle. Hints of blackberry, blueberry. Compact purplish-red color. Soft and persistent spicy notes that lend a restrained elegance.
