A classic method born from the union of Irpinia tradition and the mastery of Anselme Selosse, a renowned Champagne producer. Aged for 90 months on the lees in bottle. The aroma opens with ripe, saline citrus notes: sfusato lemon, yellow grapefruit, and flint. These are followed by sweet spicy notes and green incense. Green-gold in color. On the palate, it is dry and sharp, clean and fresh yet enveloping, extremely elegant and persistent.
