A wine that expresses the elegance of Tuscan Chardonnay, with meticulous vinification that enhances its characteristics. Soft pressing and cold decantation for 24 hours, partial alcoholic fermentation in toasted French oak barrels (50% new and 50% one-year-old), aging for 12 months in toasted oak barrels with bâtonnage and a minimum of 6 months in bottle. Exuberant aromas of exotic fruits culminating in the harmonious elegance of acacia blossom. Bright, canary yellow color with greenish reflections, brilliant to crystalline. Intense to powerful flavor, highly distinctive, with great potential for tertiary maturation.
