Alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats with maceration on the skins for approximately 25 days. Aged for 12 months in 500-liter tonneaux; bottled for a minimum of 4 months. Generous fruit aromas are immediately apparent, with lovely balsamic nuances and subtle spicy notes. Intense ruby red. The palate is voluminous and warm, with vigorous, ripe tannins, making it the perfect accompaniment to robust, flavorful Tuscan dishes.
