Still red Barbaresco DOCG, 13.5% ABV, produced by Fontanafredda in the heart of Piedmont. 100% Nebbiolo, 2019 vintage. A Barbaresco born from a love story and a passion for the Langhe region. The soils are of Miocene-Helvetian origin, rich in calcareous marl. Harvest takes place in the first and second ten days of October. On the nose, the aromas of ripe plums, blueberries, and violets blend harmoniously with hints of licorice, cinnamon, and tobacco. Ruby red in color with garnet highlights. The well-structured tannins and intense fruit lend a dense, full, and enveloping flavor.
