Spontaneous fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks with punching down and temperature control for at least 3 weeks. Aged in Troncais and Allier barriques for 12 months. It stands out with captivating notes of dried plums and black cherries, mocha, camphor, moss, and balsamic hints. It unleashes a rich softness on the palate, tempered by a vibrant phenolic structure and authoritative acidity.
