Spontaneous fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks with punching down and temperature control for at least 3 weeks. Aged in Troncais and Allier barriques for 12 months. It stands out with captivating notes of dried plums and black cherries, mocha, camphor, musk, and balsamic hints. Full ruby red color. It unleashes a rich softness on the palate, tempered by a vibrant phenolic mass and authoritative acidity.
