Still organic red wine, 15.5% ABV, produced by Frank Cornelissen in Sicily. 100% Nerello Mascalese, 2021 vintage. A wine born on the slopes of Etna, from grapes grown with passion and respect for nature. Destemming and light pressing of the grapes. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts and contact with the skins for approximately 50 days. Aged in neutral fiberglass tanks for 18 months, followed by another 18 months in bottle. A wine that tells the story of a unique terroir, with a label that reflects its soul.
