Gaierhof Moscato Giallo Dolce 2023

Aromatic sweet white passito wine from Trentino DOC, 9.5% ABV, produced by Maso Poli (Gaierhof). 100% Moscato Giallo. 0.75 l bottle, 2023 vintage. A sweet Moscato Giallo that celebrates the tradition of Trentino, produced with grapes from vineyards located in various municipalities of the province of Trento, particularly Besenello. The grapes are immediately soft-pressed, and after a brief cold maceration, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature until a dry wine is obtained. Part of our Moscato is stored sweet at a low temperature, and at the time of bottling, part of the must is added to the dry Moscato wine, thus obtaining the characteristic Moscato Giallo Dolce “Gaierhof”. Typically aromatic, very intense aroma reminiscent of grapes with notes of tropical fruit and sage. Bright straw yellow with golden reflections. Sweet, full-bodied, and pleasant flavor, with a balanced structure and harmony.
