A tribute to the history of the Gâtinois family, winemakers for 12 generations on the hills of Aÿ. Aged "sur lattes" in the cellars for 2 years. Fine and persistent perlage. Fresh notes of pear and lime blossom. Deep golden yellow with copper highlights. Fresh on the palate with a good balance between fruit and finesse, a beautiful rounded structure with aromas of ripe fruit that evolve into toasted notes.
