A Barolo that embodies the history and tradition of the Langhe, with roots dating back to 1761. The grapes come from the Fossati vineyard, and the winemaking process still follows traditional production methods. Empyreumatic aromas characterize the opening of a rich and complex bouquet. Notes of cherry jam, hibiscus, mint tea, and star anise follow. Ruby red tending toward garnet.
