A Pinot Noir born from the production philosophy of Gian Luca Colombo, who grows the grapes organically and biodynamically, without tricks and with great respect for nature. Maceration lasts 22 to 40 days at a controlled temperature. Aged 100% in large Austrian oak barrels, sometimes in terracotta. A wine that expresses the most authentic essence of Pinot Noir, with an inevitably limited production but of the highest quality.
