A wine born from the passion of a historic winery, founded in 1923, which has always strived for excellence. The production soil is rich in minerals, formed from glacial sediments. The grapes are harvested by hand and placed in small containers for transport to the winery. Gentle pressing and racking by natural sedimentation of the must. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats. Aged on the lees in stainless steel tanks. Delicate, with a light aroma of apple blossoms, a wine distinguished by its lively flavor.
