Brut Champagne, produced by Gosset in the Champagne region of France. Blend: 45% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Noir, 10% Pinot Meunier. 0.75L bottle. A Champagne that celebrates the tradition and excellence of one of the oldest Houses. Aged for a minimum of 4 years in the cellar. The nose displays freshness and fruit, with notes of lemon meringue pie followed by yellow fruits such as Mirabelle plums. Then, as the Champagne warms, aromas of plum begin to emerge with slightly honeyed and toasted notes. Bright golden yellow. The Champagne confirms its richness and volume. The Pinot Noir gives it structure and depth. The aromas of hawthorn and white flowers blend naturally with a fine acidity supported by the citrus.
