Gouffier Mercurey Les Buissieres Blanc 2022

Still organic white wine from Mercurey, Burgundy, 13% ABV, 100% Chardonnay, produced by Gouffier. 2022 vintage, 0.75L bottle. A wine born from a passion for Burgundy and a desire to preserve the biodiversity of its terroir. The grapes are hand-picked, pressed directly, and then cold-decanted after 24 hours. The juice is then transferred to barrels for alcoholic fermentation. The wine is then aged for 10 months. Floral aromas of honeysuckle and boxwood. The aromas perceived on the nose continue on the palate, where dried apricot dominates, giving way to a salty finish.
