The Story

Champagne 1er Cru Terre d'Ancetres Brut Nature classic method no-dosage, 12.5% ABV, produced by Gounel Lassalle. Blend: 34% Chardonnay, 33% Pinot Meunier, 33% Pinot Noir. 0.75L bottle. A champagne born in the Premier Cru village of Chigny-les-Roses, in the Montagne de Reims, from the passion of a family that has cultivated vines for generations. Vinification in oak barrels and casks, MLF carried out, low SO2 (34 mg/L), no racking, triple agitation, for a concentration of the wines without oxidation. The initial nose is subtle (toast, fresh citrus notes, lemon). There are floral notes (peony, buttercup) and a sensation of great freshness. Under the influence of Chardonnay, the color is light yellow with pale yellow-green reflections. The attack has a slight oak influence; More than woody (as Arnaud intended), it's smooth. It's an invitation to the sun: the exotic fruits (passion fruit, pineapple, mango, peach, apricot) are subtle. Without any hint of sugar, it's a pure and clean wine. The creamy finish fills us with elegance and delicacy in an exotic tone.
