A Vermentino that embodies the essence of the Maremma, with an aromatic expression that reflects the sun and sea breeze. Pre-fermentation cold maceration of the grapes, followed by alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Aged in stainless steel tanks with periodic batonnage for 9 months. In bottle: at least 9 months before release. Variegated, characterized by notes of yellow flowers and fruity notes of peach and citrus. Bright straw-yellow color. Rich and complex, with good flavor and freshness, with a long finish.
