The Story
Still red wine from Puglia IGT, 14% ABV, produced by Losito and Guarini, 2024 vintage. Blend: 50% Negro Amaro, 50% Primitivo. An intense and complex wine, with notes of red fruits, vanilla, leather, and tobacco. Vinification: maceration on the skins for 15 days and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 25°C. Aged briefly in large oak barrels. Intense ruby red color with garnet highlights. Warm, enveloping, and structured, with a long finish. Ideal with first courses with meat sauces, roasts, and aged cheeses.
