A rosé born from the passion of a small family business, rooted in the history and terroir of Santarcangelo di Romagna. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand. Pressing is soft and delicate to obtain the free-run must. It has balance and delicacy combined with very fresh aromatic notes. Onion skin color. Light, fresh, balanced with a good finish.
