The grapes are destemmed, and the must ferments for approximately 10 days at a controlled temperature. The nose reveals enveloping and ripe vegetal aromas that linger in the glass even after considerable time. Deep ruby color. On the palate, it is constantly evolving, with a balanced tannic structure.
