The Story
Classic method brut sparkling wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, 13% ABV, produced by Hofstatter. 100% Pinot Noir. 0.75-liter bottle, 2018 vintage. A Trento DOC made from grapes hand-harvested in mid-September, with meticulous vinification that enhances its complexity. The must, obtained from a soft pressing, is decanted and fermented at a controlled temperature. The following spring, the wine is bottled with selected yeasts for the second fermentation. After this phase, it ages in the bottle on the fine lees for up to 60 months. Elegant and persistent perlage. Notes of white fruit pulp, citrus, and fresh bread on the palate.
