A Champagne that celebrates the excellence of Pinot Noir, with a complex aromatic expression and the absence of dosage that enhances its purity. The nose is expressive and complex, combining floral and fruity notes. Hawthorn and apple blossom blend with plum, Burlat cherry, and Gariguette strawberry. The palate is fleshy and fruity, with white peach pulp, white cherry, and yellow lemon. The absence of dosage reveals a lovely vinosity of blood orange and peach stone.
