A wine that tells the story of a family that has been present in Marsannay since the 17th century. Manual harvesting in small 15-kg crates with sorting in the cellar. Vinification using 66% whole bunches, moderate punching down and pumping over. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Aged in demi-muid, new oak, for 18 months. A Pinot Noir that expresses the elegance of the Burgundian terroir, with an intense and complex expression.
