Fleeting floral notes of acacia and more pronounced fruity hints of green apple, apricot, and peach, along with fragrant sensations of bread crust. Bright straw yellow. The palate is characterised by a pleasant, persistent effervescence, rich in minute bubbles that prolong the fresh pleasure of the tasting.
