Still white wine from Friuli-Venezia Giulia, produced by Jermann. 13% ABV, blend of Friulano/Sauvignon Vert, Picolit, and Ribolla Gialla. 0.75L bottle, 2019 vintage. A wine born from the passion and history of the Jermann family, who have been producing excellent wines since 1881. Fermented in 750-liter Slavonian oak barrels. Aged in 750-liter Slavonian oak barrels for 12 months and released two years after the harvest. Intense and complex aroma with notes of ripe local and tropical fruit and dried flowers touched by a light veil of vanilla. Apple, banana, hazelnut, broom, and passion flower emerge. Beautiful, bright and sparkling golden yellow. Velvety on the palate. Perfectly balanced, delicately aromatic, and endlessly persistent.
