A Pinot Noir born from the passion of 190 families who have cultivated vines with love and respect for the land for generations. Altitude: 400-650 m above sea level. Exposure: South, West. Sandy and reddish-brown clay soil with clay minerals and oxides. Brief cold maceration, fermentation in stainless steel. Subsequent malolactic fermentation and aging in concrete tanks. It develops delicate fruit notes of cherry, plum, redcurrant, and berries, underscored by spicy aromas. On the palate, it is fresh, with an elegant body and juicy tannins.
