A Sauvignon Blanc that expresses the elegance of the Cortaccia terroir, with grapes grown between 500 and 600 meters above sea level. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel. Intense with notes of peach, citrus, spring flowers, and elderberry. Full-bodied on the palate, resting on a lively freshness and typical savory character. Excellent as an aperitif and with asparagus dishes.
