A Chinon born from the passion of Domaine Béatrice et Pascal Lambert, who have practiced organic farming for almost 20 years and biodynamic farming since 2005. Aged 6-12 months in concrete vats. Intense, with a fine bouquet of ripe red fruits. Ruby red color with purple reflections. On the palate it is soft and lively, with light and velvety tannins.
