Larmandier Bernier Champagne 1er cru Terre de Vertus Brut Nature Magnum 2015

Organic Champagne made using the classic method (pas dosé), produced by Larmandier-Bernier in the Champagne region. 100% Chardonnay, 2015 vintage. A magnum that celebrates the purity of Chardonnay and the excellence of the Vertus terroir. The grapes are gently pressed, the juices are lightly clarified, and then sent directly to wood. Natural alcoholic fermentation (native yeasts) and malolactic fermentation begin spontaneously in Stockinger barrels and vats. Fruity and floral aromas on the nose, accompanied by hints of vanilla. Straw yellow with golden highlights. On the palate, the wine is fresh, intense, and smooth, with a fine perlage that caresses the palate.
