A Tuscan red that expresses the excellence of the Montalcino terroir, aged for 36 months in 25-hectoliter Slavonian oak barrels. It has an intense and persistent aroma, broad and ethereal, with hints of berries, jam, undergrowth, and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, it is harmonious and elegant, dry, with excellent aromatic persistence. Awarded 5 stars by the Italian Sommelier Foundation (FIS) Guide, 96 points by Decanter, 93 points by James Suckling, and 96 points by Robert Parker.
