A Moulin à Vent, a Beaujolais cru, named after the iconic windmill that dominates the vineyards. The soil is granite with schist and veins of clay. Traditional vinification with maceration in open, temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Aged on the lees for 10 months in stainless steel. When young, fruity and floral notes dominate, such as ripe cherry and violet. With aging, the bouquet becomes spicier and more complex, with aromas of truffle and musk. A purplish-red color that will become a deep garnet with age. The finesse of its tannins and the persistence of its aromas offer an unparalleled pleasure.
