A Pinot Bianco born from the passion of a family that has cultivated the land with respect and dedication for generations. Fermentation begins in stainless steel and concludes in 25-hl oak barrels. Aging: Aged for 10 months in 25-hl wooden barrels with weekly batonage. The wine is bottled and released three years after the harvest. 0.75-liter bottle, 2021 vintage. Typical aromas of acacia, jasmine, hay, peach, and lime zest, with mineral notes. Straw yellow with golden highlights. Soft, fresh on the palate, with a distinctly savory character, particularly intense in its aromatic notes, and a touch of spice on the finish.
