A Pignoletto DOC that celebrates the bond with Leonardo da Vinci and the Imola area, with a fine perlage and a clean, fresh palate. Secondary fermentation in an autoclave for one month. Elegant with intriguing notes of yellow plum and rose hips. Pale straw yellow with greenish highlights. Clean on the palate, pleasantly fresh with vegetal and bitter aftertaste. Perfect as an aperitif and paired with gratinated scallops.
