The nose releases aromas of blueberry and blackcurrant jam, spicy notes of vanilla, licorice, and toasted nuances. Salice Salentino, aged in barriques, has a deep red color with a garnet edge. On the palate, it is full-bodied and velvety, rich with elegant tannins.
