A wine that celebrates the Trentino sparkling wine tradition, with a Riserva that perfectly expresses the elegance and finesse of the classic method. Aged on the lees for over 50 months, it is disgorged without the addition of liqueur to enhance its elegance and finesse. The bouquet offers a range of fragrances, from bread crust to vanilla notes, on a base of apple cream and dried fruit. A bright, lively golden color. The palate is full-bodied, with notes of ripe apple balanced by a base of citrus and hazelnut. A fresh and lively wine, full-bodied and solidly structured, with an exceptionally persistent finish.
