Straw yellow with good intensity and bright greenish reflections, tending towards golden with age. Fruity (yellow peach and citrus) and good complexity; a slightly floral finish with refined woody notes. Elegant on the palate and delicate citrus acidity; fragrant white fruit and a long, savory aftertaste; slightly mineral, almost savory, finish.
