A Gevrey-Chambertin that embodies the elegance and complexity of Burgundian Pinot Noir, with a history dating back to 1813. Alcoholic fermentation in tanks and malolactic fermentation in barrels, aged in 1 to 3 barrels. Aromas of red berry fruit, followed by spicy nuances reminiscent of leather and licorice. Intense ruby red color. The palate is soft and rounded, with tannins that suggest waiting a few more years before uncorking, and a precise and clean finish.
