A Champagne excellence, produced with grapes grown using biodynamic practices. On the estate, we have been working the soil since 2010, using horses to contribute to the well-being of the land. Horses are a unique link with the elements that make up our land, such as minerals (chalk), plants (vines and native flora), and animals (wildlife and people). Fine perlage. Fruity aromas on the nose, accompanied by notes of yeast. Straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the palate, the wine is soft, savory, and persistent.
